In order to further develop the group strategically, the management structure is realigned and Torsten Dietz is appointed as second CEO alongside Timo Schönauer.

Stuttgart, 25 March 2024 The LIGANOVA GROUP continues its growth course of the past years: With an expansion of more than 20 percent, the group and its subsidiaries are growing significantly above the industry average. Almost 50 percent is attributable to new customer business, including brands such as Diesel, Land Rover and Mozilla. In response to this growth and increased demand in core areas such as Brand Spaces, Experiences & Campaigns and the agency’s growth areas of Sustainability and Digitalization, the Group is now introducing a dual leadership model: Effective immediately, Torsten Dietz will join Timo Schönauer as additional CEO.

With this management update, LIGANOVA aims to create the conditions for sustainable development and a unique position for the group: With Dietz as the second CEO of the group – and with overall responsibility for LIGANOVA GmbH – the company will focus even more on the transformation of sustainable business models and the seamless integration of sustainability solutions. Furthermore, the strategic expansion of the portfolio with innovative subsidiaries such as LIGANOVA Horizon (formerly Herren der Schöpfung), Artificial Rome and Code Gaia has proven to be successful. These will be overseen by Schönauer, who will also be responsible for the group’s strategic direction and business development. Mathias Ullrich will step down as managing director of the GmbH.

Torsten Dietz: “It is an exciting task to lead LIGANOVA and the group together with Timo into the future. Strengthening our customers and sustainably advancing the entire industry is my top priority. At LIGANOVA we do not only develop brand experiences and spaces, our goal is to shape the future of brands with innovative solutions and services”.

Timo Schönauer: “With LIGANOVA and the group, we have experienced above-average growth in recent years and are looking forward to the current year with optimism. I am very happy to have Torsten at my side. With our high level of expertise in brand experiences and the group’s growth areas of digitalization and sustainability, we benefit from the trend towards holistic digital concepts.”
