Brand Experience – BASF at BUGA 2023

SHOWING SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

‘Bright Prospects’ – this is the theme of the German National Garden Show 2023 in Mannheim…and the concept goes beyond a mere flower show. For our client BASF, we designed and realized their appearance at the exhibition, which is visited by 2.1 million people.

The main thematic areas of the chemical giant are climate protection, mobility, food security and circular economy, which underpin the BASF motto “#offtotomorrow”.

With various exhibits – some interactive, others visually engaging – the BASF products and solutions are made experienceable and tangible in a playful, creative and informative way, e.g. with a 3D sports floor landscape, a round table with rotating inner belt showing the stages of battery production to recycling, and an upcycling wall describing how BASF binders can be used to create high-quality new products from waste such as coffee grounds, chopsticks or leftover paper cups. In addition, videos of BASF employees provide insights into their working world. In the workshop room, various workshops and experiments for diverse target groups are offered, conducted by science and communication experts from Two4Science.

These and many other exciting exhibits will be on display at the German National Garden Show in Spinelli Park in Mannheim up to and including October 08, 2023. So, make sure to take your time and pay a visit to this multifaceted exhibition, learn more about BASF and their work, and also dive deeper into sustainable life & lifestyle actions, while having a great time.

We were in charge of the conception, planning, production and implementation of the interior in cooperation with an external exhibition constructor, as well as the conception and planning of the exterior exhibits.
