Brand Experience – vivoXpedition



The EU launch event of our client Vivo’s new X80Pro phone series took place and we were happy to support them in realizing this hands-on brand experience. Small groups of exclusively invited guests from all over Europe gathered to participate in the launch of Vivo’s newest flagship device – and to test its highly anticipated, stellar new camera which was co-engineered by Zeiss. The event took place at Zeiss Großplanetarium Berlin in order to highlight the phone’s camera, the technology behind it and to experience special cinematography functions.

LIGANOVA developed and executed a holistic event concept: The vivoXpedition. The didactic approach was to guide the guests through the different product features and to explain their manufacturing processes whilst creating sophisticated touchpoints that enabled for everyone to connect to the product individually. The exhibition featured scientific and artistic installations as well as emotional sceneries – all fostering and underlining the key features of the product and creating an outstanding journey.

As the lead agency, LIGANOVA was responsible for the overall creative concept, including content development and programming of the event’s phases and experiences created. Further, we planned and executed the event, bearing the advantage to oversee all details and to combine them to one amazing experience.
