LIGANOVA Group takes stake in digital agency HERREN DER SCHÖPFUNG

To further expand its digital expertise, LIGANOVA is taking a stake in the Frankfurt digital specialist, already a longstanding partner of the BrandRetail Company.

Stuttgart, July 16, 2020. The LIGANOVA Group is committed to transforming commercial spaces into “phygital” experience channels. By taking a stake in HERREN DER SCHÖPFUNG (lit. “Masters of Creation”), the Group is continuing its long-term course of strategic growth for its three corporate divisions of Experience Solutions, Global POS Campaigns, and Consulting, now extending its portfolio into the areas of Digital Experiences, Digital Content and Production, and Data and Analytics. The digital specialist HERREN DER SCHÖPFUNG, with whom LIGANOVA has already collaborated successfully since 2015 on individual projects (incl. for PORSCHE, Swarowski), will continue to act as a “powerhouse” for new technologies and digital solutions from its base in Frankfurt.

Apart from presenting brands and products at purely digital touchpoints, the agency is increasingly involved with new, groundbreaking technologies: virtual worlds, immersive content and state-of-the-art applications for tangible experiences – not only at the Point of Sale but at any touchpoint, independent of time and space.
