LIGANOVA | Latest in the press | Miles and More



Following last year’s successful collaboration, Europe’s leading program for frequent flyers and rewards is continuing its cooperation with the BrandRetail Company.

Stuttgart, February 19, 2020. More than 25 years of experience and cooperation with 300 partners worldwide make Miles & More GmbH an expert in individual customer targeting and loyalty. At the POS, Liganova has already been an agency partner of Miles & More since 2016 and advises the group on the development, production and placement of communication and activation tools for the program’s partners. In addition, the retail marketing experts are responsible for the new store concept of the Lufthansa WorldShop 2.0 – including architecture, lighting and staging. Following the successful implementation at Frankfurt Airport, the company is now expanding its collaboration with the BrandRetail Company and has extended the contract for another year for this purpose.

Next, Liganova will primarily provide support in the implementation of very specific projects, such as the roll-out of the new Lufthansa WorldShop to existing stores or the conceptual further development for emerging retail spaces such as the one at the new airport in Berlin. In addition, the BrandRetail experts are also on hand to advise their client throughout the year – especially with regard to all POS marketing activities for the Miles & More Group.
