Brand Experience – Aqua Days


In a 3-day virtual event conceptualized by LIGANOVA, our client, the Hansgrohe Group, provided exclusive insights into the future of life with water – and how they shape it. Not only were participants the first ones to experience new AXOR and hansgrohe products and innovative design premieres, they also got the chance to chat and exchange firsthand knowledge with experts and sales representatives.

Especially for trade, architects and interior designers, journalists and influencers, the format offered previously unseen insights “behind the scenes”. Viewers experienced at firsthand how the company has been defining life with water since 1901 while continuously reshaping it – right into the future. “The hybrid brand experience – i.e. the ability to be experienced physically and online – must be part of customer-centric brand management in 2021. That’s why we have planned an exciting dramaturgy of virtual highlights for our anniversary year,” says CEO Hans Juergen Kalmbach. Together with LIGANOVA he held the first milestone of this year’s virtual events, a keynote in an innovative format conceptualized by LIGANOVA.
